Hi ,just wondering what's your stance of the carriage office when you're renewing the psv licence asking taxi drivers those that have penalty points,to get a letter from them insurance confirming that the insurance company knows about them and on what date they were informed. Would appreciate your advise here.thanks

You're supposed to inform the insurance company anyway regardless of carriage office, failure to do so could cause you problems in the event of a claim.
