Photo Duplicate Finder Apps

    Hi,

    I have a fairly specific request for a recommendation ...

    I lost 13 years of important pictures and video. I've recovered most of it by now. I'm managing a lot of duplicates using a paid app from the Windows 10 store. I guess the different data recovery software I used picked up thumbnails and original photos.

    I'm dealing with the last scan of duplicates, and this app I'm using says it auto-selects the largest file size, as a recommended keep and will delete the rest. The problem is that very often it selects the thumbnail of about 80kb instead of an original beside it of say 4mb.

    I have about 5,500 duplicate photos to deal with and hand-picking (correcting) the largest file size is unbelievably laborious, and the fact is, this (cheap) software is not doing it's job properly. The alternative is to click the auto-clean which will wipe out better quality photos.

    Can you recommend any software that will help auto-select the largest file among duplicates?
