Well, at long last it looks there may be some progress on an expanded network for the greater Dublin area. The basic details of the extension to Maynooth/Kilcock and M3 are below. Included is information on a new city centre station at Spencer Dock, proposals on how to close and replace the six existing level crossing on the route, a new servicing depot at Kilcock and other information on other aspects of the project. There is plenty contained in the below link, it's worth taking an hour to read through them.

As to wether or not it actually happens, sure we are only waiting 50 years for aspects of this project :pac:
