Redundancy Time Limit

    Hey,

    I was made redundant in March. I didn’t hear anything since getting my notice letter for about 3 months. Since then I’ve been chasing it up with my employer about my redundancy payments and just keep being told a couple of weeks more.

    Is there a time limit an employer has to pay redundancy? Anyway I can get them to hurry up?

    Hey tell your employer your after going further about your redundancy not being sorted and that it will go to the WRC if they don’t sort it ASAP
