Garmin / TomTom Mapping > Which Is Best?

    10 years ago, Garmin's mapping of Irish rural roads was best.

    In recent wandering througnout the Irish countryside,
    I've noticed 5-10% of minor roads are still abscent on my Garmin device.

    Which is best now?
