Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I bought one ...it was working very well but afterwards two weeks it just stopped. I returned it to local store with no difficulty and took another one . When I turned the new one on it was making a different sound so obviously there was something wrong initially with the first machine.

It works well. I placed it on the upstairs landing with its vent house connected to an extension hose pushing the hot air through an upstairs window. I am happy with it for the price though I won't be getting much use for it until next summer .

You can get a good quality air con wall mounted unit with outdoor unit these days for a decent price supplied and fitted. They do heating and cooling. Like the hotels in Spain or whatever but newer and more reliable brand. Id imagine alot cheaper to run than the portable yoke.

Ive yet to see a portable one like these that is any more quality than an open freezer sat beside you.
