    Hi

I have a friend whos domain renewal came up a few months ago
He had issues with the password and could not renew it.
It was hosted with easily.co.uk, the automated password reset link
just looped, he tried every way to contact them via phone, email through their support with no luck
The domain has expired just 30 days ago
Is still showing easily is the registrar

Is there any other way to get this domain back ?
It's a .com domain, is the only way to wait for it to expire and hope that someone else doesn't register it ?

If it has expired, he should be able to buy the domain on another site such as Blacknight.
