Best Platform for Order Book Scalping

    I'm learning about order book scalping currently (a lot of the material is on futures). I'd ideally like to pick a paper trading platform that:
    - Has good order book functionality with insight into all relevant exchanges
    - Has an interface suited to this form of trading
    - Is ideally simple for Irish tax purposes (perhaps this means UK or Ireland based; but I'll take a hit on this if needed)

    I did some searches but didn't find much focused on just order book stuff. If anyone has any recommendations that are working for them for this type of trading I'm all ears :)
