Unknown Caller

Most phone numbers coming through to me as unknown caller - some do but many don’t -any experience of this? My network providers systems are down right now so they can’t do anything right now but I believe it’s a sim issue as opposed to iPhone issue- is that correct? @ mods you can delete thread - sim issue as thought -…
