International parcel Post via An Post- Restart date?

Two quick queries - i have internationl parcel post ( both under 1kg) to go to a number of destinations - NZ , Australia and Slovenia as examples.
I can understand completely why NZ and Australia post is not yet operating , but I can't follow why Slovenia, an EU country with land borders isn't.
Anyone have any vague ideas as to when An Post standard parcel mail to these locations might resume? I've asked online via twitter and via local PO , no one has any other info.

You'd need to check with the Slovenia post to see when they are accepting post from here.

Possibly it's to do with flights as all mail from Ireland goes by air.

Don't expect any Australian or new zealand post for a while

I'm hearing post to Australia will resume at the end of the month with some weight restrictions
