Reference number for Applying for HAP

    I just got a Receipt of Application letter from Social Housing Support, saying its being referred to the Housing Investigation Officer, I'm assuming thats standard practice. It has an Application reference number on it.

    Does anyone know if this number can be used for a HAP Application?

    If you are approved for “in need of housing” they will send you a HAP application package. You won’t be able to apply before you get the approval.
