Hi, I know you accumulate Public holiday entitlement in the first 13 weeks of lay off, but is this the case also for Part time workers who may not have worked the 40 hours in the previous 5 weeks ? eg I am laid off 1st April I will get entitlement for May bank holiday, but will I get entitlement for June as I haven't been…

Hi,
I know you accumulate Public holiday entitlement in the first 13 weeks of lay off, but is this the case also for Part time workers who may not have worked the 40 hours in the previous 5 weeks ?
eg I am laid off 1st April I will get entitlement for May bank holiday, but will I get entitlement for June as I haven't been working the 40 hrs in the previous 5 weeks before the June bank holiday ?
