    Hi, I am looking for recommendations for a Personal Trainer in Carlow. I am a newbie so someone to help beginners please. Also any idea for price for same.

    Hi check out Casey conditioning... He is great with beginners and i think is €30 per session/hour.. He checks out your fitness and makes a plan then depending on your level.. I found him very good when I was starting back into it... I think anywhere from €30 upwards is the going rate
