One Big Mess

    I decided to change my power supplier on 2nd June to Energia through One Big Switch. At sign up I was notified that I would receive the relevant information by email from Energia. I have contacted One Big Switch on at least five occasions to me informed all is in hand
    Over a month later I still in no man's land. No notification from Energia no customer number . I will certainly not be using One Big Switch in the future. I have emailed Energia to see can I sort it out with them. Waiting for a response
