iphone 7 plus no sound during calls

    My sons having issues with sound on his iphone7 plus, no voice or sound during calls,pressing speaker icon during call doesnt work,earphones also no working.
    This is a sudden issue,just wondering if anyone else had this and fixed it?
    To me it seems a software issue but i no expert.

    this is a known fault with the iphone 7/7plus. its called audio ic

    basically 4 pads under the ic neeed jumper wires run underneath the pads as the pads have come loose from the board.

    this needs to be done by someone who does microsoldering.
