Im the same, ive played the last few times the promotions were on , used to win most days. This time had a couple and nothing in over 2 weeks. If you look at their Facebook page everyone is saying the same, no wins abd 2 or 3 phones in ahouse and no one is winning

Same here, haven't won in ages. If they're going to have less prizes available they should reduce the time period of the game. I know they're giving away free stuff here but nobody wants to be losing for weeks.

I think the game is poorly designed in that it's extremely demoralizing getting a red card after just a few tiles. I certainly don't feel any great desire to jump back in with different phone numbers anymore when the same thing happens over and over again.

Spin and win is better just one click and it comes up winner or not. I know the odds of getting a prize are probably identical but this just doesn't feel fun or addictive like it should.
