Delivery Access to Jervis Shopping Centre

Guys, just wondering how do Heavy Goods Vehicles access the loading areas beside the Jervis Luas stop, if the section of Upper Abbey Street is a Tramway on both sides? Is it accessible at night after the Luas stops? Thanks in advance.

The section of middle abbey street that you're talking about is signposted specifically to allow access, there is no time restriction. It also instructs all traffic to no left turn onto Jervis Street, and no stopping on the street
