A few nice crisp beers definitely warranted after that.

As I fell asleep in the back garden last night searching the sky for movement, maybe I saw Jack Charltons spirit ascend. Sitting at the laptop in the kitchen. Suppin some beers listening and looking at tributes to the man. A little bit of sadness inside me. I would love to be having a few pints in the pub with my Dad this evening chatting about the great memories. Alas the poxy dose prevents it.

    RIP Jack.:(

Sitting outside a shop, barefoot, in beautiful Clifden, Connemara. Having a ciggie...

Stunning drive down from Castlebar through West Mayo and into County Galway, through the villages of Leenane and Letterfrack. Weather is simply stunning.

I'm so very happy we decided to pick this weekend for a break. :)

Only one problem, along Sky Road, trying to get the perfect photo of the breathtaking landscape, I inadvertently stepped into a marshy patch of blanket bog and soaked my boots!!

Found out off the vet Harry is only four to five weeks old and that he definitely would have died had we not taken him. It was his lucky day my missus came along. He's de-fleaed and wormed now. She said the flea sprays in the shop would be too strong for him so to bring him on out. All free of charge. She's such a lovely vet. A genuine animal lover. It's a real vocation for her and we're very lucky to have her as our vet. She's actually from your neck of the woods bf....well not exactly your neck .. she's from east Germany but Germany all the same. :)

Yeah come on over. The bbq is going as well. You're all welcome. Ask grandeeod for my address, it's near enough to the bridge. ;)

Crime and politics mainly I'd say but I'm extremely picky. I can go ages without loving a show then it just hits me in the face. Faves are Line of Duty, Killing Eve and Bodyguard in recent times. Like a bit of Derry Girls too. Luther, House of Cards...you get the picture :D Oh and how could I forget Curb your Enthusiasm. So yeah...pretty mainstream but also quite narrow as so many things bore me.

Just watched GREYHOUND with Tom Hanks, nothing special and i would only recommend it if you are in a hotel room with absolutely nothing to do.
