Child account locked out of google

    Hi there.

    My son is 11 and loves YouTube. When we set that up we just have not put parental consent on and today he is locked out.

    As I cant get in to the account i think i cant add parental consent to the account making this a vicious circle really. I cant change date of birth either as verification is needed.

    Cant ring Google either.

    Help!

    My daughter had this issue, I was able to change her date of birth and validate she was of age by allowing google to charge my debit card with a nominal 0.01c transaction. She was foolishly asked her date of birth by google at some point and put in her true age.
