Fitbit not syncing

    My Fitbit flex isn’t syncing with the app on my iPhone. So now it’s only showing cals on the app. Because it’s a flex, it doesn’t have a screen, so I can only tell to within 2500 how many steps I’ve done.
    I’ve tried putting it in to the charger and pressing the buttons to reset, and I’ve also deleted and reinstalled the app, but no joy. I’m waiting for the battery to die so it powers off totally.
    Does anyone have any insight? It’s less than two years old, and I hadn’t worn it in ages up until about a month ago, so it hasn’t had that much use

    Their support is really good and guarantee is two years. They'll have no trouble replacing or getting you to upgrade. I had a few of them and enjoyed them but they replace them worryingly quick.

    Try re-pairing device and turn on location and Bluetooth.
