Anybody hear anything from reserves after fitness tests in Jan/Feb??

    Hi all,

    Just wondering if any reserve units have began recruitment again, I got as far as the fitness test before COVID halted everything and was wondering when our medicals/interviews will be held.

    I am the exact same. I didn't hear anything yet. I guess it's all halted due to covid19?

    Hi

    I applied for the army not reserves though and did psychometric testing, fitness test and interview. I then got an email for Garda vetting which I did some of the lads I met up there got their date for medical. Is that me finished or would the let me know either way thanks

    Hi lads, applied in October last year did the fitness in Jan and the Garda vetting in June and haven't heard anything since. Was told we would hear more in July but radio silence since.. just want to get going at this stage!

    The 7th Infantry Battalion have been doing fitness tests over the last couple of Saturdays. I was speaking to an officer and there is a huge problem getting medicals for people in Bricins.
