    Hi,

    This may be of interest to locals and anyone who is looking for a new build in Leixlip. There is a new strategic housing development planning application for a site at Leixlip Gate:

    Construction of 239 dwellings comprising:
    • 136 no. 2-storey houses comprising 16 no. 2-bed, 114 no. 3-bed and 6 no. 4-bed units;
    • 73 no. apartments within 3 no. 4-storey blocks comprising 29 no. 1-bed and 44 no. 2-bed units;
