BER Assessment - 10 years validation

    Hi,

    Just for curiosity,

    What does BER Assessors actually check in the property? Just wondering if I should perform all possible 'upgrades' before calling out.

    Are there any other benefits apart of energy savings being on A, Bs or Cs?

    Why does the BER certificate have a 10 years validation only? Do we need to renew t again?
