Annoying water usage

There we have most people doing their bit to save a bit of water and one of our neighbours has been power washing their drive for a few hours a day for 3 days. Grr And the other annoying thing is people have been talking to them while doing it, 8ncludingva garda and a council worker. Nobody gives a fark!!! Grrrr
