    The cheapest home bodge job to fix that is drill two holes either side of the hump to let the water drain out.

    To fix it properly look at the rubber around the boot opening and see if it is gouged any where. The hardest part is trying to see where the water is getting in. Maybe before it rains pour food colouring at the top of the rubber on boot and leave it for a min or so and watch where the colouring goes so you can pinpoint the failed area.
