Change of sleep routine

Hi all, since I’ve stopped working due to Covid19. I have been going to bed late. I’d go at 3/4am and get up at 12:30pm. (My own fault I know) I’m now stuck to this routine. Over the last 3 weeks this has shifted to 5:30 and up at 1:3pm.

I’m wondering what’s the best way to get my sleep back to a normal time. Like 10/11/12pm to 7/8am. The last 3 nights I have gone to bed at 12 and I have lay awake looking at the ceiling, until I fell asleep at 5:30am. Any help is appreciated.
