What's is the best detox around at the moment I was thinking of green Macha tea which I can buy on bulk powders
Gonna put it in a smoothie everyday or are there better powders for detox

If you don't have a liver or kidneys, you'd be best off going onto the dark web and buying those first.

You do not need teas, juices, powders, superfoods or magic beans to detox. They will, however, make your wallet slimmer.

    Try tap water.

Tap water, exercise, healthy foods, job done.
But, why sober up now? The restrictions aren't over yet!

    Detox is a vague word.

What is the health benefit you really wish to achieve from this?

You don't feel good and you want to feel better?

What toxins do you think you need to get rid of?

Things that remove or eliminate waste from the body

    Are
Lungs (they actually remove one of the real toxins from your body carbon dioxide)

Liver ( removes parts of proteins you cannot use to make urea in blood)

Kidneys (the liver sends the blood to the kidneys where the urea uric acid creatinine is removed from blood and secreted in urine then removed to the bladder to be peed out)

    Bladder (pees out that stuff)

Skin (removes salt tiny bit of urea water oil)

Digestive tract (elimination of indigestible food)

The best way to 'detox ' is to make sure all these are functioning well.

    Eat fiber to promote elimination.

Drink water to help your kidneys function. Don't eat too much salt and make their job harder.

Don't drink alcohol overly fatty foods, processed sugar that bombard your liver.

Breathing exercises and cardio can improve the capacity of your lungs. Exercise will also help you sweat out more toxins.

There you go. A healthy cleanse :)
