Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    ...ebb, not weight unfortunately. Drinking too much alcohol, eating crap, not in a good place physically or mentally. Over 16 stone for first time in my life.

    I was 12% body fat at one stage, my dad died and I’ve just gotten to a dark place - ironically worrying about my mortality while doing everything I can to affect my health.

    I need to be accountable so it starts now, I’ll try be answerable to the boards.ie jury.

    I hope I can do it
