He should into the DJ business in Dublin one.

Maybe he could get a 9-5 job and play his music 3 nights a week (probably earning the guts of €500 into his arse pocket in the process).

Its not as if after 20 years "in the business" he's suddenly going to make it FFS

    Covid-19 Blues.

I'm sure it will be a hit.

I’m sure it will do as well as Covids 1 - 18......(according to Simon Harris).

Pubs reopen and will have reduced numbers in them and this lad wants pubs to pay him to sing a few songs.

That's all well and good I'd like to have done some airy fairly wishy washy job but I'm responsible for myself so I took an almost bullet proof career instead. It's not as much fun as hanging out in pubs but it's the decision I made, then this lad comes on wanting to have his cake and eat it too. Go busking Steven there like a good lad

Sure that entitled prick in Killarney last week wanted his pub, hotel and restaurant costs covered for a few months while his whole family were taking COVID payments and he was a councillor too.

Drive-ins could be the way to go for the time being to cater for outdoor cinema, music gigs etc. One downside though would be no booze due to drink driving

When you are in the entertainment business you need a “real” job as standby.

There will be no tourist, are these people on another planet. If you were wurking 7 days a week you should have a good nest egg caller.
