    They will installing in the most convenient place for routing the cable into your home.

    Did you ask the engineer on the day to locate the equipment in a specific place?

    They arent responsible for wireless coverage around your home.

    it's like the first bit of advice given when investigating broadband issues at home... rule out poorly performing wireless issues by carrying out a speed test physically connected to the modem...
