New House Build in Meath

    Good evening all.

I recently received my first draft of drawings from my architect for a house I'm building in Meath.

I gave the architect my brief, wishlist and budget and he came back with a really nice 2 store, L shaped design with 170 sq meters of living space.

The design looks great, but I'm not sure if what he designed is the most cost effective way to build! Also, the design is very contemporary and from what I can see doesn't reallytie in with the 2 neighbours houses near by. Would that be an issue?

I can send the proofs to anyone who wants to see them.

    Any feedback would be appreciated.
