    Hi
Would anyone know if the likes of Europa universalis 4 and Crusader Kings 2 would work on a laptop with following specs. Also the likes of AoE2 and and city building games.
    Any info much appreciated.

I would guess you are out of luck with any sort of 3d games, it's integrated graphics on an Intel processor now 7 generations old. Might get the likes of AOE running, but even the min spec there is integrated graphics from a generation or two after your processor.
