RTE Player and VM Player on Roku

I have noticed that the RTE Player and VM Player are both available on a Now TV streaming stick that is based on Roku software.

These don't appear on Roku's channel store so does anyone have the channel codes to get these on a Roku box / stick?

The Now TV Smart Stick is made by Roku and does run a version of their software but it’s not the same as the off the shelf version, it’s been completely customised and cut-down for Sky and has its own App Store separate from the Roku Channel Store. Think of them as completely separate products. (They are only €25 which is dirt cheap and discounts are often available with a pass).

The codes for both are rteplayer and virginmediaplayer but they will not work.

I found them this morning and thought I had it solved, but they will throw the following error. ‘The channel code provided is associated with a channel not available in your region
