Here's an idea I've had. Let's say we get a dozen or so posters from here who volunteer for this competition. Basically they put themselves forward for a poll and whoever receives the most votes within a day takes a 24 vow of silence from AH. There's an out however. You can take a forfeit by nominating 2 euro to a charity of your choice. I've never seen anything like this done before so could be a laugh. Who'd like to take part?

I'd volunteer except I don't post enough for my absence to be noticed or for it to affect my life majorly , and I'd probably just lurk as usual.

By the thread title, I thought you'd get your volunteers, and then one or all of them would have to splurge by buying a certain nominated item, and they'd have to post a picture of it (or summat). I know buying stuff isn't as easy these days but maybe that would be part of the challenge...

I’m not sure this is a good idea, at least not at this time. We can’t be sure the vaginal sand has been “washed out” and that any robust “interaction” could easily be met with cards, as well as bans.

There is also the, very real, possibility that this is actually a “trap”. One set to catch a few unsuspecting users out, blindly marching them towards a trigger happy mod who might not be handling the “lockdown” very well.

If it is going ahead, perhaps it might be best to wait until the “banned“ users return, as a mark of respect, and support?
