Great woman. I knew the late Brendan NcLaughlin, who survived 25 years after a big-hope lung transplant which he u der went at a time where there was very little hope of surviving beyond 3 years after such a transplant.

She is a really lovely person, campaigned incredibly hard especially in relation to St vincents facility.
Thankfully life expectancy for people with CF has improved.
