    Hi every one,

    Hope your all keeping well,
    Firstly my rough stats

I'm about 6.1ft and I'm about 80kgs, weighing scales has hidden it's self. :o. I'm very lean with a bit of belly and skinny.

I recently became single. With that come's looking at your self from every angle. I'm not happy with my body. But also I know the benefits of working on your body helps keep the mind focused. Ultimately I'm hoping some one can point me in the direction of a work out video I can do on you tube, once a day. More so to get my stamina up so when we get out of lock down I can be ready to join a gym.
But also the added mental health benefits.

Only things is I don't have any weights around the house? If any one has any tips or pointers that would be amazing. :)

    Thanks for you time.

Hi Joe Wicks is all the rage on YouTube at the minute. No weights required and a range of workouts. Yoga by Adrienne too.

I know you want a video but I would read this first: https://thefitness.wiki/

Buying weights etc will be pretty hard at the moment. Resistance bands might be easier to get a hold of. but most fitness supplies are out of stock. I got mine from Elite FTS UK and they're probably a bit more expensive but I'm very happy with their quality. I've been following these three sessions with them:

Also been using the RunMore app to follow Couch to 5k.

Are you trying to get fit or build muscle or what?

There are plenty of body weight exercises you can do (squats, push ups, pull ups, planks, dips, lunges, etc, etc)

I want to get and I want to, build mussel up.

I Have Fibromyalgia which is a chronic pain disorder, but I've let it stop me and limit me. I'm done with letting it limit me, besides I recently gave it a name. I'm sick of having crappy posture and Time to be the best I can be with out letting my self be limited.
Also a lot of people who have it tend to put on weight and stop doing anything, I just don't want to fall into that trap. :)

Just to update you I've been doing YOGA for the past 7 days. The improvement is remarkable I've shifted a lot of belly fat and My mussels are already coming back . The one thing I've noticed is my breathing is so much better, and I feel really good.

Thank you for that suggestion Aquinn it's literately changed a lot of things about my life :). When lock down ends I think I may do this 3 days a week. in a place so I can get better and stuff. But ultimately YOGA is amazeballs :D:cool: then do it 4 days a week at home :D
