Laptop upgrade

    Hi, I'm looking to upgrade my GPU on my laptop but will need to upgrade the motherboard as its an onboard GPU.
    Is it worth doing/ can it be done?
    just replace the laptop.
    not gaming but Photoshop/lightroom.
