How to sync photos from iPhone to iTunes?

    The last time I synced my iPhone to iTunes on my PC, all photos on my phone were copied across.


    Since then, I have done a huge clear-out of photos on my phone.


    I now want to sync the photos on my iPhone across to iTunes exactly as they are on my iPhone - i.e. so that all the photos I deleted on my phone will also be deleted on iTunes, giving me an exact copy of my phone's photos.


    How can I do this?


    I'm terrified of syncing the other way and having all those unwanted photos back on my phone!
