    Hi,
A loved one has been diagnosed with the virus.
Day 5 now since onset of symptoms..

    Age 89 - in a nursing home.
Started with a temp and sleepiness, vomiting, slight cough..
Vitals better now - no temp - 02 ok on room air..

We just got the positive test result..

Wondering about the progression of the illness?

I know it varies greatly from person to person.

She has no significant underlying medical conditions.

Any solid information would be appreciated - struggling to get anything coherent on line.

Don't look for anything here. Most haven't a clue, but will post as if they're experts.

My advice would be to ring your own GP and go from there. they should be only too glad to offer any knowledge they have about the virus.
