cannot BELIEVE the negativity towards Eamonn Holmes thats in the press and online since he made his 5G comments earlier..

I dont believe the theory, or rather all I can say is that I have not one clue technically what the theory is suggesting, but I defend 1000% the right, or rather the duty, of the media to discuss theories and opinions that are contrary to the mainstream narrative. How dare people mock him for suggesting that mainstream theories should not be automatically adopted as gospel truth. That is a seriously dangerous road to go down people!!

the theory has attracted some public opinion and therefor the media should cover it and report on it. End of story, Thats their JOB!!

the true way to put the 5G issue to bed is for people like Holmes and others to invite supporters of 5G who claim to have techincal proof of their theory to debate their case with those who techincally support the mainstream theory, This is NOT a waste of time, This is the function of the media in a free and democratic society. Yes it costs money and resource, and that is OK,. that is the price we pay so that all sides and all opinions are covered . To be honest, the only arguments I have heard against the 5G theory so far is ridicule and mockery. All very hilarious but technically there is literally noithing. The theory is probably rubbish, To be honest I dont know and I dont care., what I care about is the angry mob mentality that is being stirred up about this and other things like it..

There's literally thousands of crackpot theories out there like this one, you expect all of them to be given as much shrift as this nonsense one? There'd be time for little else.
Those who agree with the 5G theory deserve ridicule and mockery and highlight the need for people to have even a basic education in science.

Some thing deserve to be ridiculed, if someone claimed the moon was made of cheese then they would be laughed at and so would Holmes for suggesting that the claim should be discussed.

Besides everyone’s know that 5G doesn’t cause Coronavirus, 5G is bacterial not viral.

No, it's not the duty of the media to peddle dangerous lies.

Are you going to share a link to what he said, or will I make it up?

I think I'll just make it up and get angry.

Do you think RTE should have a Prime Time special show on whether or not the earth is flat?

    If not, why not?
    If yes? Ok then...........

No one's trolling, 5G causing Corona virus. Seriously?

ok fair points, but the 5G theory has attracted a certain amount of human interest. its not just one bloke online talking about it. For example, it has attracted enough interest that mainstream media feels the need to report on it ALOT. There are a lot of articles about it, its just every single one is ridculing and mocking in tone.

in other words every single article out there supports the mainstream narrative 100%.

What about just presenting the theory and getting some so called experts who suppoprt to present their case, and debate it with those who support the mainstream theory. if its bull**** then dont worry it will be exposed as such....

that is what USED TO HAPPEN in the media over the past decades. the media had a duty to do this.

FFS - dont you even remember that?!!!

5G has been banned in certain parts of the world as there are doubts about its safety. Those doubts may be reasonable or not but the safety of 5G should be discussed.

I’m not sure the exact claim linking 5G to the virus, it does sound ridiculous but hearing officials on the news stating that WHO have confirmed that there is no link, just seems strange. Why would WHO make such statements on a conspiracy theory?

But is there a duty to discuss conspiracy theories that are utter nonsense?

This, imo, just gives a degree of respectability to the theory. The media would be better off explaining why the corona virus/5g theoy is bs.

This all fits in the Conspiracy Theories, not here
