Looking to build an extension, wondering about chimney

Looking to build an extension off kitchen. Live in a bungalow. I want to put a solid fuel stove in extension. Extension roof won't be same height as house. Will I have problem with height of new chimney with drafts coming down the chimney, have heard of others having this.

Yes, especially if the ext is off the side and not the gable.

Top of flue should be 600 above the ridge tile of the bungalow.
