Of course this is going to be a challenging time for a break up, but I definitely found writing things down (that were rolling around my head late at night) to be a great relief. It just helps to empty it out of the busy brain. And we all have too much time to think right now, so I can't imagine how you stay busy. But please don't make contact with him. He treated you appallingly and you deserve more.
