Are there any supports for a landlord during Covid-19?

Living in owner occupied house (her mortgage is paid). Tennant is moving out at the end of April.

We are now wondering if we can even do viewings to get someone into the room?

If not, does anyone know of any supports in place for someone doing the rent a room scheme?

Threshold his ringing out - they may be closed I guess.

    Thanks for any advice.

She can do single viewings if required, people will still need accomodation. No supports will be given to people availing of the rent of the room scheme.
