Why are prisons better controlled for covid than old folks centers

    Not 1 case in a prison with excellent measures in place

    Yet clusters everywhere in old folks homes

    I'd expect staff in a nursing home are up close and personal with their residents, feeding and changing and clothing them etc. So if they're carrying the virus, it would be very easy to spread it to the patient. Guards generally don't need to be so close to prisoners.

    Age profile of the prisons would surely be younger and fitter.

    They can lock.them up and keep them apart of needs be....
