    During this crisis. Please do these two things...

    1) Have your phone switched on and answer the dam thing. The task of contact tracing teams becomes much more difficult people have their phones switched OFF. Help them out, switch ON your phone and ANSWER IT. The call could be very very important. Make the job of contact tracers easier.

    2) For the love of all that is mighty, please avoid the temptation of going up ladders, cutting wood, moving concrete blocks or using power tools to execute DIY tasks. I know they're jobs which you've always wanted to get done but please not now. If you fall from a ladder doing, injure yourself with a block or badly cut yourself doing that "essential" DIY task - you are just increasing the workload of our already overburdened healthcare workers. You can get that DIY job done in a few weeks time when things have calmed down.
