So far all I've done is stock up a small bit on food in case I need to self isolate for two weeks.

I have my GP's number and the HSE number on hand. Other than that I haven't really prepared and don't know what to get. I don't even have a thermometer.

Where do I get the social welfare forms for the emergency social welfare payment? I don't want to be worrying about this when I'm sick, so I'll try and prepare as much as possible now.

But is there anything else I can do now to prepare?

Keep some paracetamol in the house in case you get sick, you might need it for symptom control.
