Not including thing you have been told to like social distancing and washing hands, but are you eating better or taking more exercise where possible?

Personally it's a tricky one as I can't play any of the sports I used to play.
I'm trying to get out for walks, but not the same level.

My diet is up and down. Sometimes I'm trying to eat better and take some more vitamins, but then I start comfort eating.

Overall I'm probably less healthy / fit now during to the stress and other things mentioned above.

My lifestyle is much simpler. Work is simpler. Have the house to myself. Made homemade soup and shepards pie today. No pressure to go to the gym or swimming. My mind is clearer.

Before college closed. I was suffering quite badly with insomnia. Now I'm finding that since I can set my own schedule. I'm sleeping a lot better. Whether this is because the pressure of college is temporarily gone or I'm simply obeying my body's natural circadian rhythm. I don't know.

And since I have more energy. I'm finding it easy to follow my running training plan and hit my weekly exercise goals.
