Alas the Promised Land did not deliver what it said on the can, and he was deported before he got through immigration. Their loss is, um, our, um ....

Well I'm informed it's a positive move. While he's quarantined around here there is little damage he can do elsewhere

Please join me in welcoming a (very) old experienced pair of hands to help out on modding during this crisis (which is hereby extended for an extra month while we work on a strategy to fight this phenomena - the virus, not the mod)

Hehehe, I missed this place (actually I've never been away, just lurking. Sometimes you have to let your kids grow up, but you still peek from behind the curtains).

Anyway, yes... here to help. Have spent The last week pretty much non-stop reading trusted sources and white papers (cos, thats the way I deal with scary things).

I see a role for Boards in the coming weeks and months and its important to play that role well. Its important. There are very few moderated spaces online where the sort of rampant idiot trolls cant whip up fear in vulnerable people.

Unfortunately this isnt going to be over quickly so we've time to start to think things through and get them right.

I'm not back to admin or take over, I'm here to help the local mods and roll up sleeves and get stuck in.
