Am I a first time buyer!?

    I currently own a property and live in Republic of Ireland (mortgage from AIB in ROI). I work in Northern Ireland. I am hoping to rent out this house, purchase a property in Northern Ireland and move into it. Prior to speaking to any banks in Northern Ireland I was wondering does anyone know if I would be considered a first time buyer in Northern Ireland? If you have been through this process I would so appreciate if you could pass on any advice. I’m conscious of getting everything right before speaking to Northern Ireland banks.
