Shouldn’t have looked at transfers this morning!

I was all set to do Grealish to Sarr as I thought the only way to get Auba in was to lose Mane for a -4.

I just noticed I could do Vardy and Grealish to Auba and Saka for a -4.

It would give me one less GW31 player though. Conflicted now!

It's the type of move I'd be making if I was looking to gain massive ground. It's risky but it's also potentially high reward. He should have way more points than he does.

Overall it's a bad move as he's definitely overpriced for what he's returning and there's more than a decent chance he doesn't start both games. Also United and Arsenal have been pretty decent at the back as of late. I'd also have a look into how he scores against big 6 teams before doing it, because in my head I see a classic Sterling goal as being a tap in in a 6-0 rout against a bottom half team. But if you're 50+ points behind where you need to be I could see why you'd take a punt on him.

However he's a nice "differential" and we're finally at the point of the season where that word actually means something.

I'll be steering well clear of any City attacker bar KDB who I have, but good luck to you if you go for it, it could pay off nicely you never know.

City without Laporte I would say are odds-on to concede in that match. Sure City could score 4 or 5 but they could also concede a couple so Auba could return well even if they're trashed.

It's just another game to get something from, and then the WH game is very juicy. If Laporte was playing and/or if the first game was tougher Auba probably wouldn't tempt me, but as it is I'd have high hopes for a double figure score this weekend.

He's in good form too.

Add to this BRI away in 30 and then NOR at home in 32, he starts to seem like a must have if you're using a FH in 31.

Ye thats the worry alright. I think ill end up doing mane and ings to sarr and auba for -4. Leaves me with 9 for gw31. Auba probably is the best captain option this week.

Not 100% convinced yet. Would be captaining Auba so hopefully he gets good returns and makes that worthwhile. Don't really want to get rid of Martial but he has a hard fixture, plus a blank in 31.

Looks good. You will get 2 points extra for Sarr in 31 and 2 extra appearance points for Auba this week which offset the 4 - plus getting 2 form players with more/better fixtures to earn pinks.
